The perfect separation exists

Rather avoided in the private sector, welcome in professional use: the daily separation. Machines and systems from TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® guarantee efficient separation in the areas of recycling, bulk goods and food. The density sorting technology with the help of the TTS separating table provides valuable work e. g. in the recycling of radiators and cooling units. And it's literally valuable: the commodity prices for copper and aluminum make efficient recycling a worthwhile investment.

Machines from TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® are also successfully used in the separation of bulk goods and food from undesired foreign substances. Ultimately, the TTS separating table does not care which product is waiting for it. Reliable and single-variety separation of pourable products is his mission.

The eccentrics are among us, and in the case of the TTS, that's a good thing. The below eccentric motor drives the working screen in the TTS screen box. The material to be separated reaches the working screen via the inlet and a distribution device. A fan also located under the screen blows air into the machine. This puts the product in an air stream that separates light particles from heavy particles. The movement of the specifically dimensioned working screen transports heavy particles to the heavy fraction outlet, light particles are transported downwards to the light fraction outlet.

are specialists in the dry separating process. We have always been working with this process in the field of separating bulk material, secondary raw materials and food. This means that the separation is gentle on the product, but also on the environment. In contrast to swim-sink systems, which use for example water for the separation, here pure air is the medium of choice.

The efficiency of the dry separating technology in the TTS separating table is optimized through customer-specific dimensioning of various variables.

Depending on the product, you can choose e.g.

• Hole size of the working screen
• Screen inclination
• Screen motion / stroke
• Air flow

The output of the eccentric motor and the fan are continuously electronically regulated. Together with other selectable parameters such as size and equipment, no TTS separating table is like another. In addition to quality, individuality is a main component of the customer-specific solutions from TRENNSO-TECHNIK^®.

Since the TTS separating table can be used in many ways, from cleaning sensitive tea leaves to sorting electronic waste, there are many machine options. The abrasiveness of the product is also taken into account in the system configuration.

Possible wear linings of the TTS are e.g.

The TTS separating table can be used in a variety of ways. Depending on the industry, completely different products are placed on the working screen of the individually produced machines. Some examples in which the TTS successfully ensures pure separation are:

Granted that the TTS can do a lot, but some tasks are challenging even for this separating table. The density of some products to be separated is quite close to one another. The higher the difference in density of the product components to be separated, the better. If the specific density differs only slightly, e.g. with related plastics like PP and PE, it can get tricky. But that's why we at TRENNSO-TECHNIK^® have our own technology center. Here we can carry out customer tests with material on request and by appointment. The customer can get an idea of the performance of our systems on site. With this process module we gain real knowledge regarding the feasibility of separation.
